After taking ff the ruber pad i plae my brake spoon into adjust and i can't see or feel the adjuster wheel.

I think if the self adjusters are working properly you should be able to push the parking brake pedal (e-brake) to the floor once and release pedal to adjust the rear brakes.

Right front inner tie rod removal

The inner tie rod is attached to the "rack" of the rack and pinion steering. You have to take the clamps off the boot and move it out of the way. then you have to use two wrenches, one to hold the "rack" actuating rod in plae and another to loosen the tie rod.

This is NOT an easy task and unless you have lots of patience and an assortment of tools, I would take it to a shop.

call a couple local garages and see how much it will cost.
I would buy another car if you can afford it.
a motor from a late model might cost 4-600 plus labor to put it in.

1985 MONTE CARLO CUTS OUT WITH DAMP OR RAINNY WEATHER

You need to look at the distridutor cap. It sounds like it may have moisture inside it. You can replace it for $20. Remove and install the plug wires 1 at a time to avoid crossing them. Good Luck

We had an intermittent dieing problem. Worse when the weather was worse. The coil was cracked and shorting itself out intermittently on a rivet.
