Sounds like your having problems with the temperature control unit, whether it be comunication from the dash to the unit or the unit itself.

My head lights wont come on and i put a new fuse in

Was the fuse bad ? Or the relay ? The headlamps are controlled by the BCM - body control module . Your best bet is to take your vehicle to a ASE certified repair shop or the dealer . Sorry but you don't have the tools or knowledge to fix this .

I have a 2008 Saturn Vue XE 3.5 engine AWD I put a new engine in it but the people that put it in didn't really install it properly and I've had problems ever since and obviously don't want to take it back...

Check fuses most O2 sensors are fused if not broken wire or the pins on the ecu plug . If u bought a cheap o2 that might be the problem some cars like honda u need to put the original 1 in cost a fortune but if u don't u still get the same fault that u started with hope this helps

Does A 1995 Lumina Have A Fuel Pump Fuse And A Relay

There will be a fuse & relay

If a fuse blows you don't replace it

You would have to find out why it failed

I think your best to go to a repair shop,
if you got no factory manuals to follow
trouble charts

Heater motor not working/radiator fan problem

Easier to buy a new motor. Especially if your gonna go threw all the trouble to take the old one out to repair it.
Fan runs all the time because either the coolant temperature sensor is defective or the relay or circuit is shorted/ defective.

Ive bypassed my heater core and was wondering if i can hook up a new heater core in the engine bay im assuming this wont work but thought id ask so i dont have to take apart my entire dash

How would u direct airflow over another heater core to the passenger compartment?
no u must remove the entire dash to replace the heater core, there is no other way to get heat into the car.

My traction control light keeps coming on and I wonder how to fix this problem. Sometimes I will be driving along (usually around 50 mph) and suddenly my Riviera does like this lunging thing....or...

Take it to a local Advance Auto Parts store and ask them to check it for trouble codes, it will not cost you anything for them to check it. If they do not find any codes take it to a reccomended transmission shop. If Advance does find trouble codes ask them NOT to clear them because the transmission shop will need to know what they are. Thanks and good luck with your repair.

Heater core

it is better if you take it to a shop . the entire dash has to come out and be put aside or you'll never get it out of the car sorry .i have done this mant times and that is the easyiest way or you'll find yourself ruining a new heater core

The only way to find out what caused your check engine light to come on is to get a ODB II code reader or take it to a repair shop and let them read the codes that are stored in your cars computer. The check engine light can come on for transmission problems as well as engine problems in newer cars (1996 or newer). From what I read about the three problems that are mentioned above they are not caused by the same issue. (Hate to be the bearer of bad news). For the transmission problem, I would take the car to a repair shop and get the transmission fluid and filter changed as soon as possible. The Throttle Position sensor problem will most likely be fixed by a new throttle position sensor. The battery problem sounds like it could be a short or electrical draw on the electrical system of the car. Be aware, these type of electrical problems are VERY hard to sort out because it could be almost anything. Disconnect the battery and charge it. after you know it is fully charged reconnect the battery, take each fuse out one at a time while having the bright headlights on and see if any fuses being removed cause the lights to be brighter there is a problem with the curcuit that the removed fuse protects. Don't forget, on most new cars, there are also fuses under the hood and under the dash.

I wish all 3 of you much good luck.
