Windows want let down or up but i have power to the motor

It's the motor. If the motor turns at all, the switch is good. Make sure the glass is not binding in the track. If it works with a little help, replace the motor.

Window motors bad but if you do end up replacing it, first check for power at the plug going to the window motor when you use the switch.

POWER WINDOWS NOT WORKING & POWER WINDOW/REGULATOR ISSUES

It can be issue with motor itself. If it's not going up, then how its working down. But still it feels like weak window motor or is issue with power window switch. Get the voltage tested at switch and motor. Also try another working window motor at not working window side.

Check for power and ground at the motor (with switch up and down, powers and ground will reverse). If you have power and ground, at the motor, you probably have a faulty motor. If you don't, then there is probably a break in a wire, usually where the harness passes through in the door jamb. Actually first after removing the interior door trim, try to roll down the window while tapping on the motor with a small hammer. If it works, replace the motor.

The motor that powers the window up and down is probably shot, and needs to be replaced. This requires removing the door panel, drilling out the power window mounting rivets, removing and replacing the motor. I have a 96 grand am, and over the last 3 years I have had to change all 4 power window motors. Not the best quality motor.

If they sound like they are trying to do something it's not the lock out switch . But to be sure pulling out the switch an testing for B+ voltage to and from the switch . Plus pull the other door switches to see if they have B+ voltage and good grounds would be the thing to do.. If you don't know how to check automotive electrical circuits your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop .
Passenger Power Window Operation
The passenger power window switches incorporate window up and down relays. The relay coil feed and supply sides are powered through the RAP fuse supply voltage circuit. The normally closed contacts of each relay is connected to ground. The load side of each of the relays are connected to either side of the power window motor through the power window up and down circuits. The up and down relay control circuits are connected to the normally closed contacts of the passenger window switch. These contacts are wired in series with the power window master switch, through the power window master switch up and down signal circuits and then to ground when the power window master is placed in the up or down position. This allows for the up and down operation of the passenger power window from the power window master switch. The center pole of the passenger power window switch is also connected to ground and will energize the relay when placed in the up or down position.

Driver Power Window Operation
The driver power window is unique from the passenger power windows in that it does not use window up and down relays. The driver power window is operated directly from the power window switch.
The normally closed contacts of the switch are connected to ground and the center pole is connected to the RAP fuse supply voltage circuit. By placing the left power window switch in the down position, voltage is applied to the power window motor left front down circuit and to the power window motor. The other side of the power window motor is connected to ground through the normally closed contacts of the left power window switch through the power window motor left front up circuit and drives the window down.
By placing the left power window switch in the up position the polarity of the motor is reversed and the motor drives the window up.

Has circuit breaker for B+ power
• PWR WDO CB 25A (fuse block) (System power for left and right windows 2-door vehicles. System power for LF and LR windows 4-door vehicles)
• PWR WDO CB 25A (IP wiring harness junction block) (System power for RF and RR windows 4-door vehicles)

Could be passenger door switch .

Yes, the power window switch is often faulty, because there is some sensitive electronic making that "auto rolled down". The 4x-switch is quite expensive, 260EUR =( So, I make some new connection. The faulty electronic is only for front windows, so now I connect wires so that I can use front windows with read window switch. (Rear windows is still working by those 2xback window switch) which is located between seats. Here is the conncection, at one's own risk. That 4x-window switch has 14-pins connector: Connect the back windows wires 8(blue/white), 9(red/black), 1 (grey/blac ), 2 t(green/white) to the ground wire 4 (black). Front windows wires 14(blue)->8 13(white)->9 3(white/violet)->2 7(black/blue)->1 If the manufacturer didn't use that "auto rolled down" function, there is no worries of power windows. Also illumination of 4x-switch goes down quite soon, leds will be better. well check window switch on driver side first does it roll down from that side / does it roll down from passenger side/ next if not do you hear the motor if yes its the switch in driver door that is bad / if you don here the motor then its the regulator/motor that needs replacing/ Please rate my response thank you very much
