Easiest way to wire the fan is to wire to the battery . so when the key turns on the fan turns on. locate the hot wire coming from the key to the battery.run a wire to the fan and your done

The link below is a Typical fog lamp / driving lamp hookup. Keep in mind that in most states, for these lamps to be 'legal' (and thus pass inspection), you must wire them such that:
1. You can cut them off (in other words, there must be a switch installed to turn them off)
2. They may only be operated with the low beams. (therefore, you must power your on/off switch from the low beam circuit)

you actually need R-12 buy you can not buy this with out a refrigerant licens and it runs about $130 a pound i would suggest taking it to a car shop of your choice and have it retrofited over to 134-a wich any one can buy and it only costs $8 a pound
