First try wiggling the hazard switch. If they work when you wiggle it then replace the hazard switch. This should take care of the problem.Let me know what you find.Good luck.

SOURCE: My taillights don't work. Changed bulbs,

Obviously your front park light s work? It could be just a short, are your signals a dual bulb or single element and separate from your park lights? What about brake lights?
In the Fords the Headlight switch has been known to act up causing weird things like that also if it has a Turn signal lever with multi functions on it this can become worn also affecting your lights.

SOURCE: I have a 1990 Ford Taurus and my blinkers don't

blinkers sounds like the flasher unit is not working. It's located under dash. Also check for burnt out bulbs.
Rear defrost, or rear defogger?: Your defogger for the rear window would run off a relay, probably located in the fuse panel of your car. Often, the connections at the rear window get broke or disconnected.
Front defrost: does your heater blower work?

How do i fix my blinkers on my 1971 f100 ford ?

There is a flasher unit for the turn signals, separate from the hazard flasher, that is under the dash. If the fuse for the turns is good, and you already know the bulbs are good since the hazards work, then you may have a bad turn signal switch.
When you use the turn switch, do the bulbs come on and stay on, or nothing? If they come on and don't blink, then it's probably a bad turn flasher unit. If they don't come on at all, suspect a bad turn signal switch. But first check the fuses, then pull off the connector to the turn switch and see if you have one hot wire there, with key on. That one hot wire will be from the fuse.

My blinkers don't work on my car at all and my fuse is fine.

There are several things that can cause your blinkers to not function properly. This could be caused by a defective flasher unit, a malfunctioning turn signal switch, or a broken wire, just to name a few. Electrical system diagnostics must be performed to pinpoint the cause of the problem.
