In the under hood fuse box ! Fuse # 12 it's a 20 amp fuse . There is also fuel pump relay . Located in the same under hood fuse / relay box . #57 relay . The relay is computer controlled ! 05 Chevy cobalt have no power to fuse block for fuel pump

You have no voltage at 15 amp fuel pump fuse in the under hood fuse/relay center ? There is a fuel pump relay also in same under hood fuse box. The fuel pump fuse gets power from the fuel pump relay. The ( PCM ) engine computer controls that relay, gives power or ground electronically to turn the relay on giving power to the fuel pump through the fuel pump fuse. You could have a bad relay or an anti-theft system problem . What engine does you vehicle have 2.0 L or 2.2 L the 2.0 L engine gets power differently to fuel pump .

Where is the fuel pump fuse

Probably a relay, not a fuse. If there is a fuse it will be marked on the fuse box panel. Usually the relay is located under the hood either in a fuse/relay box or on a rack of several relay on the firewall.

2002 saturn L100 no power to fuel pump fuse and relay good?

Well the relay gets power from the pump fuse located in the fuse box under the hood. It looks like the fuse gets power from the battery.
Are any other circuits dead with the key on ? Do you see any fuseable links around the battery that might have failed ?

Pump does not work?

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome to the site. If you are talking about the fuel pump, check your fuel pump fuse, relay, and reset if equipped. Make sure that the pump is getting power by testing the wires with a voltage meter. If it is not, you have an electrical issue in the wiring harness. If it is and all your fuses, relays work, change the fuel pump. If you have any questions, please let me know. Thanks for choosing FixYa and have a good day.

No power to fuel pump

Try looking at the fuse under the hood make sure your getting 12 volts at fuse.If fuse is good but no power try checking the fuel pump relay. you can switch the relay with another system that you know works. Lastly Check you Auto Shutdown Relay (ASD). If there has been an accident this relay will kill your fuel pump power. good luck.
