The cams have slots on teh back of the cams with rocker cover removed and the crank mark is through a little hole slot on the bellhousing

there are no marks on the cams line the crank up you should see marks on it and on the cams take a flat piece of steel like a flat file and put it on the end of the cam shafts the side near near the drivers side ounce you take a look youll see what i mean this should help you out
