2000 stratus beeps twice, flashes twice, repeats untill stopped, but it drives

This is usually a good situation to bring to alarm shop and have them take it out and see if you can just keep the remote start or it might need a new brain on the alarm system

On my vy when i use my buttons on my key to lock car the horn beeps like 5 times and i dont know why.. Please help

Does the alarm arm? If not it sounds like you have a zone open. Or it's in valet. It should beep once armed and what twice off? So it's kinda sounds like a zone is open. Check to see if hood or trunk zone is open. Let me know

Car Alarm beep Problem

Sometimes tow beeps when locking means that one of the door is not properly closed or is ajar. If that is not the case, get it reprogrammed.

Lock function works but lights do not come on and horn does not blow when lock or alarm buttons are pressed on the remote.

try this one. hold both lock and unlock buttons for about 10 seconds. the truck should beep and the light should flash twice. that switches alarm modes from quiet to loud/on and wiseversa.( hope i spelled that one right).

Alarm goes off for no reason.

this could be a couple of minor things which we can check first, open and close each door to see if they all operate the courtesy lights, open the trunk and push the trunl light button to ensure it is switching off. there may also be a button under the hood. lastly check the glove box button is turning off the glove/jockeybox light when it is closed. if any of these fail, that is the button that needs to be removed and inspected. Good luck
