Question about 2000 Volkswagen Golf
Either the heater plugs are dirty/need replacement or the injectors are dirty,you could try redexe/wynns injector cleaner(1 can to 1/2 tank)and then see if anything more expensive needs to be done.....
alternatively get it on a diagnostic computer and see what faults show up...or both.....
