I need a diagram for a 1965 cadillac tilt telescoping column

Dave , I have one in my cj5. The info I got on it was that it was out of a Cadillac Fleetwood from 69-1976. I was able to get a switch from Rock auto for it.It is basicly the same as any other GM column. They were also use in other gm models in those years. Larry n6ifp@sbcglobal.net

Most likely the dimmer switch is bad. It's a very common Jeep problem. If that's not it I would check the grounds to make sure they are good.

The headlights on my 1976 Jeep CJ5 quit working

I' have seen 2 headlights go out at the same time. Pull the plag on one light and see if have 12 volts with the switch on. If you have voltage then your headlight is bad. If you do not have voltage then there could be a bad switch or wiring problem.
