Hard to diagnose over the internet....but sqeualing would leave me to belive a possible fan belt...alternator belt, and when this comes off, the battery will lose it's charge and all you will get is click at the most from the starter motor not having enough current to turn the motor over.........let me know what you think

It looks like the starter or clutch colapsed so u can go to a garage and have it checked because this is not a problem to be solved by yourself

I have a 2008 Honda Element. Today it was sitting idling and it started to make a strange screaching noise and then the engine started smoking. What could this be? I am a bit concerned about this!!

I suggest you check the drive belt as the smoke and the noise will be from something that has stopped tuning and the belt has be slipping . Check that all pulleys are free to move

Honda Accord check engine flashes when tapping brakes

Engine light flashing along with the drop on RPMs is indicative of misfires. Connect a scan tool and see if any codes are stored this may give you a starting point. As for the clicking I'm not sure that it is related to the engine light but clicking when braking may be due to worn suspension/steering parts such as control arm bushings

I have a 92 honda accord and i changed my ac from R12 to 134a... I do not know where to add freon at in my car... HELP PLEASE

low pressure intake ,their is a kit that has the adaptors inside for the R134 ,connect to inlet side of the compressor then start engine and turn AC on and then let the gas in as the compressor will **** the gas in .Do not overfill as this will cause the engine to overload and it will keep cutting in and losing power on the engine ,like driving with square wheels
