Does the fan blow air in the cab i know its not cold but it is air? does the air lines compressor sweat? it may be the air conditioning button in the car where turn ac on off is not sending signal to compressor to turn on compressor and check the air ducts make sure they routing the air correctly to the cab check to make sure a ac system is not over charged if it is over charged will not send out cold air use a tire gauge should be around 40 psi i believe but check with dealer make sure my psi is correct hope this helps if dont fix repost and think somemore ideas

The Sienna has had problems with the relay that controls the clutch going bad. Under the hood, next to the battery, there is a fuse and relay box. One will be marked magnetic clutch or an abbreviation of that. If the part number is 90987-02022, it should be changed out to the updated relay with a part number of 90987-02028. It 's around $70 from Toyota or you could find an aftermarket one for about $17 at your local automotive parts store. On some models the a/c light will blink if this is the case but not on all. You could swap it with the fog or possibly the horn relay to see if this is the problem.

the ac clutch relay fails often. It is located in the fuse box next to the battery under the hood. it is labeled M/G CLT. You can buy one from rockauto.com for $11. You can test by swapping the relay in the fuse box with a similar one.

A/c clutch seized

Sounds like you may have debris in your a/c system. From what you describe your going to need another compressor but before you hook the lines to it do a couple of things. Remove the reciever drier. remove the expansion valve. With the all the componants removed flush the lines and system. Flush kits are available at most parts stores. Install new expansion valve , new reciever drier, hook up new compressor. (make sure you add pag oil to the system, Check how much the system holds and add accordingly) Evacuate and recharge and you should be good!

It is attached to the back wall of evaporator. You have to remove the glove compartment, blower unit and evaporator to get access to the expansion valve.
