There is a short in that circuit. you don't need expensive tools or electrical testers, or superior auto knowledge to diagnose. Just a few fuses and hopefully a wiring diagram if needed. One fuse or more than one? you may have to use a wiring diagram to determine what all is in a shorted circuit. unplug all components in the faulty circuit. put in a good fuse. then connect one component at a time until the fuse blows. replace that component. repeat for other short circuits. if it is two separate circuits and the above diagnostics fail, look for somewhere the two circuits could unintentionally meet. like at the back of the fusebox panel or at the wiring harness. remember, corrosion could be the bridge between two circuits that should be separate.

Why does my 2002 jeep liberty keep blowing the #34 fuse?

This is most likely a short in one of the door wires. It could be very hard to locate.

The warning light may not have been reset, door lock actuator bad creating a short - blowing fuse, or bad switch.

Blow fuse for interior lights and windows

The short is probably an electronic device which shorted a semi conductor in it's cicuit. Even replacing a fuse will only blow them out right away. Do you notice anything electronic that do not work? For example the radio or something. Anyways I am from houston as well.

Fuse blowing

About the only thing i can come up with is to check the wires where they run through the door jam. That's usually where they break, and short out.

Security Light always on, door lock fuse keeps blowing

This is most likely a problem with your Passlock anti-theft system which is known issue with these cars. Passlock is a "passive" anti-theft system, which means that it will disable your ability to start the car if it thinks there is a problem. The three components that can cause this are: 1) Ignition Switch, 2) Ignition Cylinder, 3) Body Control Module (computer). The dealer is the only one who can solve this problem (unless you can bypass it, but it is not that easy). Estimated repair from most dealers is $800 and up.

1995 B4 fuse diagram in japanese writing, need to replace door lock fuse.

Yes the interior lights are always hot circuits, the radio keep alive memory most likely runs off this same circuit. The fuse should be marked courtesy lights.
