It's likely that your starter solenoid is gone, but you have to get the whole starter.

Does the motor crank (starter engaged and turning the motor)? If it does not crank, do you hear the solenoid clicking (engaging the starter gear into the flywheel teeth)?

I got a 89 bronco II and it wont start. Its got a new battery. I jumped out the starter relay and the starter engaged. So thats good. Also the relay clicks when you turn the key. Also checked the...

Im not sure what you mean by I jumped out the starter relay and the starter engaged.
so i am going to assume that you jumped from the battery side to the starter side on the relay and that engaged the starter... which is fine but you say the relay clicks when u turn the key. Pull off the clip on wire from the relay and push it against the battery side connection on the relay (u may need a small screwdriver to assist the connection) the relay should cause the starter to engage. If it just clicks (my bet) then you need to replace the relay (its really called a solenoid )

Hyundai Coupe Fx 1996, Car originall had a flat battery, but this was rectified, car went into garage to get RWC passed, the garage drove it back, went to pick it up and nothing, completely dead, you can...

Sounds like the starter to me. Solenoid may not be engaging on the starter, causing the click. Have the battery currently in the car tested for proper amperage and then check the ground and positive cables that run to the starter, if this is all good then I would try tapping on the starter solenoid with a screwdriver or small hammer. If it engages then a new starter is needed. Just check all the simple stuff first, tighten cables, check for good ground, etc. A good way to check thsi would be to jump the car with a set of jumper cables off of a good battery. Only do not place the negative cable of the jumper cable on the "bad" battery, put it on a good ground such as an engine bolt or fender bolt. I am a little baffled as to why the garage you took it too can not figure it out though.

Have bought new battery for 2000 hyundai sonata, still wont crank engine. What could be the problem?

I assume your motor crankshaft is not 'seized' or otherwise locked up.

Check your battery terminals are clean and firmly attached,
Check battery ground connection is securely connected to the chassis and the motor/chassis ground connection is intact.
Check for 'click' sound as starter solenoid is engaged when Ignition sw set to 'start' position.
If no noise from starter motor, and +12v applied to the starter engage solenoid terminal, then the starter motor may be faulty.

Not work in the morning

I had a problem with no starter action on my 2000 accent. Would come and go. I found the small ignition wire to the starter solenoid was corroded at its push-on terminal. Been fine since cleaning and a slight tightening squeeze with pliers.
