Question about Chrysler Town and Country
Problem seems to be in your integrated power module. It has an accessory relay that is misbehaving. This looks like a special part that you will have to get from the dealer. You may just be better taking it to their service department and hopefully get a verification that this is indeed your problem before buying the part. I hate to have to give this kind of advice, but this type of complicated design makes it impossible to figure out thru and online discussion.
