You will have to start by contacting the dealer-give them the VIN and they should be able to tell you if that was an option on the vehicle from the factory. if it was originally equipped with keyless entry then all you have to do is purchase a remote and you will have to have the dealer(toyota)program it
if the dealer price for the remote is too much you may want to check out ebay motors for a remote
