Question about 2000 Saab 9-3 Viggen
I am asumoing that you are talking about the coldness of the air, and not he fan itself (you are getting air, but cold air). The problem is the AC compressor clutch that has gone out, and engages sporatically. unfortunately, this is not a cheap part - you can't just replace the clutch. Best to have a mechanic do it, but it can be done with some tools and patience. Hope this helps.
