Question about Dodge Grand Caravan
Poor catalytic converter performance. Usually caused by converter, but if you have a scanner, I would compare the downstream O2 sensor outputs to make sure the sensor is behaving properly. Both repairs are expensive, but if you pick the wrong one it's more expensive. I have also seen a rich mixture cause this code on some cars. You might want to look at the upstream O2 sensor data too to make sure the exhaust isn't rich. OK?
