How did you test the injector you replaced?
What does, seems to be running too rich mean?
Do you have vacuum leaks, ignition misfire? Either one would fatten up the fuel mixture.

My truck smeels of gas when starting and idling and runs a little rough with a miss almost, no gas leak just seems like its getting to much fuel what do i do?

engine is running too rich.

probably a sensor. Check the Oxygen sensor, throttle position sensor and fuel injectors
after that check fuel pump.

Engine running rich

Sounds like a dead coil pack and needs replaced cause you're getting no fire to those plugs and causing a rough idle. Another thing is, that catalytic converter will only turn red because it's plugged up and needs replaced. Have that checked out friend.

It started running rough. I changed the cps and the plugs and wires and now it's showing bank 1 is to rich

It could be a fuel delivery problem. If it is fuel injected, or efi, replace the injectors. Simplest solution first. Try some injector cleaner and see if that fixes the problem.

95 16v ?
what DTC, post DTC? why skip that,... there are many 02 DTC.
most fail for heater, dead,
lets play a game. say;
1: CEL out running, is it , now?
2: you did the 60k by the book, did you? if not why not?
3: checked spark timing, its good, not way off, is it?
the 60k requires a new Timing belt, ever check that, or the timing of the cam? or compression, if not why not.?
no motor can run right with all or any of those stated items bad.
is the fuel filter packed up. 60k.
lets now pretend the 60k was done and done right.
click 60k here

"what can make my 95 very rich?,"
Ill pretend it's a MPI 16v engine, not TBI. big differences that.
The 16v has 4 injectors, quad trouble !
rich? you never said under what conditions, hot or cold?
ill pretend, its all the time. rich. not just cold or hot.
1: engine never reaches 180F and holds there (miniumum)
does it? if not it will run rich forever. the ECU thinks its cold all the time and guess what it is.
2: Exhaust cracks, near the 02 sensors, making said sensor useless (new or old)
3: fuel pressure not near 30psi ($20 gage) found at 60. opps. bad.
4: leaking injectors.
5: clogged injectors, (seems odd but is true) ask.(complex)
there is an order to finding this.
ask for detailed help here, totally free.

96 gmc 5.7..too much fuel to the injectors, fowling plugs and runs rough//showing codes of multible miss fires and 02 sensoer whitch has been replaced

Could be a number of issues. Fuel pressure or regulator issue, but...
If you have a coolant sensor problem, as in reading wrong, and it tells your computer it is colder than it actually is,,,you will get more fuel delivery.

Running rich, smelling rich

You may have a bad fuel injector or in need of a tune up badly. The early fuel injection (throttle body) had a single fuel injector that would clog and not spray fuel in a mist but would dump fuel. Does it run rough at idle? That is a good indicator. Some are rebuildable but I would suggest replacement. If you have not had a tune up in a while that should be done too.

The engine has to much gas running into it and is causing it to stall when put in idle and runs rough.

Seems that the fuel pressure regulator is bad, place a vise on the fuel return hose and if the car runs well replace the pressure regulator.
