What does this Code p0730 mean 2006 Chrysler 300 3.5 engine

Transmission code ,not a good one ,if it happened just driving .
Think it's something about
incorrect gear ratio. Which means it shifted too early or too late.
Or maybe the wheels were just spun in the snow? could be also.

Transmission slip mainly at highway speeds

This does not sound good. It is possibly your O/D direct clutch or O/D brake slipping in the transmission. Seek a couple of specialist opinions.

Have a load squeling nosie from the timeing area on a 2.4 n/a motor and all pullings and tenstioner have been replace and still make the noise!

i think it could be the water pump ,the bearings are on the way out by the sound of it ,now i am not totally familar with this engine and it could be that someone has overtighten the adjuster even though most vehicles have a spring loaded tensioner it possible that someone has put a big crowbar in to tense the tensioner and then locked it up causing the water pump bearing to wear .

When my husband turns the car it squels and he has to fight to turn in

There is a very good chance the belt that drives the power steering pump,is slipping. When it slips, you loose the power steering effect and it makes it hard to turn.It will slip under load.i.e when turning.Check the fluid level and belt.Replace belt if need be.I think this will be the problem. The squeeling is the belt slipping.Hope this helps you

I have 1996 jeep cherokee sport 4x4. When I start the engine it makes a squeking noise and gets louder when i step on the gas. I think the belt is starting to slip. I have also noticed when its making this...

Your water pump is starting to seize up. Today's modern serpentine belts don't just slip. Your water pump is dragging. Which is causing the noise and the temperature increase. Get it fixed and you will notice better gas mileage. If you continue to run it like that be sure to keep your eye on the temperature gauge. One overheat or close call has the potential to do big damage to an engine of that age.

My 2003 dodge caravan whines and when it seems

Hate to tell you this , but sounds like the pump is going in the transmission. First check the fluid level to make sure the fluid is up to full. The fuild and filter need to be replace at 60,000 miles. Clogged transmission filter can restrict the fluid flow into the transmission fluid pump.
