I PUT MY KEY IN THE IGNITION AND IT JUST MAKES A STARTING NOISE BUT SHUTS OFF . YOU THINK ITS THE KEY BATTERY . ITS FOR A 2004 DODGE DURANGO ?

It's possible, is there a security light flashing?
It could also be a fuel delivery issue like a bad fuel pump.

Have a 2004 Dodge Durango.. After I kill the Durango fuel pump still runs for another 5 min r so.. It got louder then fuel pump finally went out.. Replaced it and for a few days no sound...then it...

Are the prongs of the fuel pump wiring harness corroded at the plug ends? Perhaps the fuel pump relay has gone bad in the fuse box? Sometimes you can swap the same ones in order to determine if it is worth buying a new relay.

Is there a fuel rest button on a 2004 dodge durango

There's no button. Check the fuel pressure and flow rate at the rail. You may not have performed the repair correctly.

2004 Dodge Durango 5.7 hemi over heating i have replaced radiator, fan clutch, hoses, radiator cap, 3 thermostats and water pump whats next

Sounds like head gasket has gone. Hot gas from the fuel combustion is being forced through holes in the head gasket into the cooling system, causing hot bubbles in the coolant, sniff the bubbles blowing out of the reservoir, does it smell like fuel?

My dodge durango stop suddenly , the engine was off, tried to cranck it but not starting ,after ten to twenty minutes started .i drove for ten km.then off again. kindly advice

Sounds like your fuel pump is going out. Next time it doesn't start, cycle the key from off to run position (not start) and listen for the soft hum of fuel pump. If it's not there, you need a new pump.
