I have been told by many people that the usual cause for leaks is plugged drain tubes. I have a 98 mazda with the same problem and am about to attempt repair by blowing out drains with compressed air.

Moonroof shade got off track and rolled up fast what do i do?

Go to a glass or windshield repair shop. You really do not want problems with the moonroof leaking or staining the headliner. Since something is crumpled you will likely need another shade.

Sometimes there are different suppliers of parts for production and the tracks can be different. They also have the right glue and tools to repair your moonroof.

Manually close sienna moonroof

not sure if a manual close is possible

if weather is an immediate problem some perspex and duct tape is a good solution

best locate the motor and remove the motor or get 12 volts to it
see if it moves

the motor ( 14 ) is towards the front of the sunroof up behind the plastic roof moulding

The moonroof will open up like a sunroof but when I try to open it all the way like a moonroof the seals rub which causes it not to open

spray or lube with silicone oil. Ford makes Mini-vent lube which is 100% thick silicone oil for just this situation. 4oz bottle.

My 99 Sienna is misfiring and has trouble acclerating. I replaced the plugs and wires, and the fuel filter under the hood. Any Ideas?

How about the coils, is there a bad coil, find out what cylinder is misfiring and change that coil with a good cylinder and if the misfire moves then you know its a coil.

I have a 2004 sienna, Can you tell me the exact location of the moonroof drains and routes?

With roof open you should see them, they run internally down the A & C pillars. Clean them out with an old bicycle inner brake cable or similar.

Leaking moonroof onto passenger floor

There are gasket replacement kits at local auto parts stores. It's time consuming but well worth it. Prior to starting, inspect the tracks with the moonroof open. There's a chance you have a burr or some other kind of obstruction in the track preventing the roof from properly closing/sealing. A 3 year old vehicle really shouldn't leak from a worn gasket but if the gasket were defective it's possible.
