Replace the power steering pump on a 1997 Buick Rivera supercharged v6

Local car parts stores, and some libraries, have sets of repair manuals for sale or for checkout.
These go by make and model and years.
These will walk you through this job.
God bless your efforts.

Will the termorstate make a 1995 buick rivera supercharger not blow heat

Well the thermostat stuck open will not let the engine warm up.
If that is the case you would not get any heat. But you could also have a problem with the heater core or the HVAC programmer.

Location of the pvc on 2002 buick 3.8?

on the passeger side of the intake plenum there will be a sensor called the MAF sensor. It will have three wires going to it. The PCV valve is under the cover that the MAF sensor mounts to.

How do u change the supercharger oil?

To change the oil on the supercharger that Buick Riviera is equipped with first remove the plastic cover directly over the supercharger. Next, stand on the passenger side of the vehicle and face the engine. You will be looking at the front of the supercharger. The oil fill port is located on the front portion of the supercharger along the right hand side as viewed from your position. It is a large hex plug. This is both the drain port and fill port. There are several ways to drain the oil. My personal favorite is a piece of rubber tubing and a large syringe. I have found this to be the quickest way. Once you have drained it use a funnel small enough to fit the fill port and take your time filling it. Fill it to just below the threads at the bottom of the oil port. Be careful not to overfill it. After you have replaced the oil plug I like to disconnect the coil wire. This allows the engine to turn over but not start up. It helps to circulate the new oil through out the supercharger that were drained dry. This is not required however. It is my own personal preference. From this point it's ready to go.

Check engine soon light

More than likely, you need the magnet on the timing gear replaced. This will require the timing cover to come off.

1995 buick rivera

Likely, the "overdrive lockup" is malfunctioning. This is internal and requires that trans be removed for service. Have an honest, competent transmission shop evaluate your problem. Transmissions are expensive, so unless the remainder of your vehicle is in really excellent shape, the cost of a rebuild may not be a valid expense (only you know that) consider buying another vehicle. Transmissions are no longer a quick easy backyard repair!
