Bad door switch, could be the switches in the rear doors or the switch in the driver's door. Sounds more like the driver's door switch though. All the door window switches are routed through the driver's door switch .

reset this by disconeting battery whilst car is unlocked make sure u take keys out b4 doin this then reconect battery with doors closed this shud rset the door open and release modes problem solved
I would look at the switch, did you check just the drivers switch only? Check the switch at the door also. If it goes down, then the motor is good and the switches just reverse the polarity.
