Hello! The most likely cause is a defective Throttle Positioning Sensor (TPS)...It can be tested using a voltmeter..If you have a meter, send a comment and I'll send a test procedure...

Hello! TPS is bolted to the side of the throttle body...It has a 3 wire connector...Wire colors are...Gray/White...Brown/White...And Gray/Red...Using two safety pins...Push one into the rear of the in-place connector on the Gray/White wire...The other into the Gray/Red...Set meter to read 5 volts...Connect + probe to the Gray/White...And the - probe to Gray/Red...Start the engine...At idle meter must read less than 1 volt (.85)...Slowly increase the throttle...Meter reading should rise to 4 volts at full throttle...The key issue is that as throttle is increased...Voltage must rise smoothly...If it jumps, jerks, or acts erratically the TPS is defective...Cost of TPS= less than $35...

96 nissan P/U 2WD, feels like missing cyclinder should I replace EGR value?

Disable the EGR valve and test. If issue is resolved you have 3 plugged EGR ports and all the EGR flow is being routed to # 4 cylinder resulting in misfire or the EGR valve is sticking open at times though you probably would not feel a misfire except @ idle & take-off.

1990 ford 5.8 liter truck idels funny and kinda sounds like it is missing but spark plugs look great and new wires did nothing only has 67,000 miles

Could be a long list of things including dirty injectors or a leaking EGR valve.
The coil could be weak or the distributor cap and rotor may be shorting to ground. Has the fuel filter been replaced ?
You'll have to go down the list and try to eliminate components to narrow down your options.
Does it happen all the time, only when you are accelerating, etc.

My 93 plym voyager, 3.0 has a hesitation when

if your having cold engine start hesitation, you need to check the engine temp switch,it tells the computer how cold it is,so the engine can adjust to a rich start and not a lean one.if the switch is faulty and the computer is being told it is 80degrees,you will not get a rich mixture like no choke at all

I have a 1993 Suburban that hesitates under acceleration when it reaches operating temp. It almost feeling like it is missing or running rich. I have replaced virtually the entire fuel system, EGR valve,...

I know this sounds off the wall But, Try it. Replace your Fuel Cap. It sounds like you are sucking air into the Fuel tank. This will cause it too miss Everytime.
