Yes, is by the receiver drier.
there is a hose, and next to it is the low side.
and the high side is by the manifold tube.

In the 2002 expedition it is behind the radio/heating and air conditioning controls. The fitting is on the accumulator, which is mounted on the firewall, under the electrical center (accumulator is an aluminum cylinder about 10 inches tall and 4 inches in diameter). Hope this is the same for yours!

My 2005 Chrysler Town & Country 3.8 Liter AC is not blowing cold air. I would like to try recharging with one of the R-134 kits. Is the low pressure port that I would need to attach the R-134 canister...

the hose fitting that you attach to the low side port will only fit that port-it cannot fit the high side (that port is too big) so you cannot do this wrong. The low (suction) side is between the compressor and the evaporator (passenger compartment, usually in the heater core plenium.)

I am trying to put R134A in my car, and I wanted to make sure I put it in the low side service port, but I am having problems figuring out which one is the low side service port

The R134A connection hose will only fit on the low side service port. The high side port is bigger and will not fit that hose.

Where is the valve located on a 1998 Pontiac Sunfire to insert/fill the freon?

Passenger-side near fire wall. Should have a cap on it that has an 'L' on it. You fill from the low pressure side. Gennerally the recharge bottle only fits on the low pressure side.

Where is fitting for A/C recharge

I just recharged my 99 Expedition 4.6 L today.
Open hood and stand facing engine, look to left and 1st see the WW washer fill then the battery then at a 45 degree angle look to the firewall where you see a black cover just below the red and black battery cables going in and out of the solenoid. Underneath and behind is the Accumulator. On the side of this silver canister there is a hose coming out of the Accumulator and just to the right of it is a black cap over the Low side 13MM AC fitting. The cap does unscrew but the fitting takes a quick disconnect coupler fitting.
I found it helpful to search a parts outlet on the web and print a picture of an Accumulator for the Expedition. I was able to accomplish recharge with everything in place but next time it is likely I'll unscrew the two fasteners holding the wire assembly to the fire wall and move out of the way.
Best Wishes.

I can't find the low side fitting to recharge the system on my 99 expedition so did ford mean to make it hard to find so we have to take it to a body shop?

The port is on the oblong tank under the wiring junction. Just follow an a/c line you can see back towards the fire wall. There will be the customary black cap covering the fitting.
