Can I replace the fuel pump without taking out the gas tank on a Toyota 2008 RAV4.

You should be able to access it from the back of the fuel tank without dropping the tank, although you will have to raise the vehicle a bit to have good access.

I have a 2001 toyota rav4 jdm spec with a 1azfse engine & it missidles and consumes alot of fuel . i replaced injectors, ecm, high pressure fuel pump, intank pump, regulator, high pressure fuel...

The problem is the ECU (89661-42xxx). It must be either replaced or repaired. Mine was sent to
and was repaired. Buying a new one was way too unafordable for me (alost $1500 ---USED, NOT EVEN NEW---).

Where is the fuel filter location on a 2005 Trailblazer with a 4.2 engine and how often should be changed

The fuel filter is located under the vehicle along the frame rail or unibody. It should be located towards the middle, front, of the vehicle usually on the drivers side. It is silver in color 6 inches long and cylindrical, sometimes it can have a black plastic cover which might make it hard to locate, so, you can follow the fuel lines from the fuel tank towards the front of the vehicle to the fuel filter. Now there are some vehicles that have an intank filter which is not servicable, you an check your owners manual it will tell you if yours is serviable or not. A good rule of thumb is to replace the filter every 15,000-30,000 miles. Hope this helps you.
