If the new clutch components seem to be working OK could be the synchros in the transmission itself have worn out. did you at least check the pressure plate, pilot bearing and disc while you had it apart?

2004 rx8 clutch won't disengage..you can shift it with the motor off but it will not shift with the engine running,.. I replaced the master cyclinder already

If you lost resistance from the pedal, you may need to replace the clutch slave. The clutch slave is the one at the end of the clutch line attached at the transmission. Check also for leaks on your system.

Check the clutch adjustment. If your system uses a clutch master cylinder, the release components are suspect.
Your description indicates that the clutch is not fully releasing. Worst case is new clutch and both bearings....not the end of the world but more costly than release systems..

Will not come out of Park, and the ABS light is flashing.

check to see if you have brake lights, if not you will need a brake light switch. if the brake light switch goes bad it will not let the shift interlock selenoid to release.

i would check the throwout bearing, if this is the problem try starting in first go for a while than try up shifting to second. after a while your transaxle should warm up making an easier gear transition. ( this only partains to bad throwout bearing )

Manual car wont shift.

You have a bad master cylinder or a bad slave cylinder, if you got them both replaced they should be under warranty. It also could be the bleeder valve on the slave cylinder, take it back get it repaired for no cost. if they don't fix it take them to small claims court or take it to a different shop then once it's fixed take it to small claims court.

It feels like the clutch may be going out. It's starting to shift hard, and the clutch has to go at least 2/3 to the floor before it engages. The fluid levels are fine. Any suggestions

you may have a hydrolic clutch .. check for a master cylinder similar to the brake master cyclinder near the clutch pdl .. it may be low on fluid .. .. i am assuming you meant that the clutch had to be near the floor before DISengaging .. if its a mechanical hookup instead then there is an adjustment for that (free pedal adj)

if the adjustment is out of range then you could have a bad throwout bearing .. but usually they make noise when the go bad ..
