Check out Rush Locks and Keys, they provide the same key blanks as a car dealership would but much cheaper. Then the call dealership will cut and program it. It will **** the dealership off but saves you ton of money.

You can call your local locksmith. They can make you one. Or you can go to Toyota service department and give them the VIN number. And proof of ownership and they will cut you a new key.
