Question about 1993 Lexus GS
I would replace the timing belt flush the tranny change the oil check and all ball joints bearings all alignement parts for wear and change the oil adjust the valve timing check the serpentine belts replace them recharge the freon and flush the cooling system flush the power steering and flush the brake fluid that should be it hope this helps
