The following could be the reasons for your predicament: 1. Blown fuse. Please check for a blown fuse in the fusebox under the hood or under the dash. Replace it if found. 2. Connection loose or disconnected. Look under the dash for any disconnected wire under the dash. If found connect to the other end. 3. Radio damaged. Nothing can be done except for repairs or replacement depending on how bad is the damage.
