Question about 2008 Audi TT

1 Answer

I recently posted a question: When my mobile

I recently posted a question: When my mobile phone connects with the nav system there is a loud "gong-gong" sound signaling that it is connected. The same sound occurs when the key is removed & the phone disconnects. Is there any to get rid of that irritating sound? My dealer asked Audi Tech Assistance & their answer is no. Help! The wrong Audi car model somehow was entered. It is a 2008 Audi TT.

Radio/Nav is malfunctioning; unresponsive, shuts down/reboots, slow to react to inputs

The only thing that you can do is remove the unit and send it out to a factory approved repair shop, that is it no other choices.

I need to connect a new phone to my lexus 460ls bluetooth system

Go into the information /Nav Screen and you will find an icon for phone, then settings. Click on the icon and it it will give you a connect new phone option, click on that icon and it will release a 4 digit entry code and be findable by your phone.
Next go to your phones tools or connections settings and look for Bluetooth, enbale Bluetooth, Search Bluetooth Devices/handsfree Your phone will search out the car, once found it will request the 4 digit pin code to be input and ask you to confirm "handfsree" Once confirmed the car will read out connecting...then bluetooth connection successful and the dial pad will appear on the NAV screen
If you have more than one phone connected to the car the driver will need to select the connect phone button in order to chose the phone he wishes to enable

That means that your car wasn't fitted with bluetooth module from factory. You can purchase at dealer but you're talking around $1k and from what I hear isn't the greatest.

I got a visor mounted blue tooth speaker from Motorola that works great in my 2005 S-Type.
