Is the wheel base the same on a 2007 extended cab colorado the same as the four door model.

The part numbers for the frames are different, which could be just where different bolts mount. the parking brake cables for extended cab and 4 door are the same which leads me to believe that the wheel bases are the same. Your best bet would be to contact a salvage yard in your area and check with them.

2007 tundra crew cab truck, PO456 OEM Brand. List four things: 1.Faulty fuel cap 2.EVAP line leakage 3.Pumpmodule failure 4. Cannister faulty. I know it's not the cap, how do I check the rest

The canister is not round. It is mounted under the vehicle and near the drive line. It has a rectangular shape and has several connections to it. Some are hoses and lines and some are wires. The common problem with these units is that the whole canister needs to be replaced.

Mechanic said that there is a small leak in the system according to their computer but was told the leak was too small using a tracer. Any suggestion. They've replaced the gas tank cap but no luck. ...

I assumes, since you mentioned the cap, that you are refering to the Evap System.
There is not much to look at within the Evap System.
Check and make sure someone did not puncture your filler neck to steal gas. That usually gives a large leak but it does not hurt to check.
Also what kind of cap did they replace it with? The Stant locking caps are good for those small leaks. If your area does smog inspections then a smog station may be kind enough to check your cap on their vacuum machine.
Then start at the intake and check the Evap line and follow it to the purge canister and its hoses.

Engine code po455

Check this info about P0455 - Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected (no purge flow or large leak)

This indicates a fuel vapor leak or lack of purge flow in the EVAP control system. It means a large leak has been detected. The (EVAP) emission control system prevents the escape of fuel vapors from a vehicle's fuel system. Fuel vapors are routed by hoses to a charcoal canister for storage. Later, when the engine is running a purge control valve opens allowing intake vacuum to siphon the fuel vapors into the engine.

Symptoms: You likely won't notice any drivability problems.

Causes: A code p0455 most likely means one or more of the following has happened:
A loose or improperly affixed gas cap
A non-conforming gas cap (i.e. not factory/original brand)
Other leak or damaged piece in EVAP system

Possible Solutions: With a p0455, the most common repair is to:
Remove and reinstall the gas cap, clear the codes, and drive for a day and see if the codes come back.
Otherwise, replace the gas cap, and/or
Inspect the EVAP system for cuts/holes in tubes/hoses (you may hear a vacuum noise or smell fuel), repair if necessary

Check it and keep us updated.

I own a 04 silverado 5.3L ext cab 4wd. Engine lite on, tighten gas cap displays (3rd new gas cap) and just started to have a problem adding gas. the pump shuts off every few seconds and sometimes gas...

The problem pump gas is a common problem with the gas pump it self try turning the handle slightly to either side this may allow gas to flow better. The second problem the service engine soon light comes on for many different reasons not just the gas cap. auto zone usually will scan your computer for free and tell you what the diagnostic trouble codes are. find out and let me know and we can go from there. Good luck.

Well, yes, the gas cap off can cause this problem. The quickest way to erase the code is to use an OBD-II Scanner borrowed from your local autozone or advance auto. The erase code button is used to accomplish the task.. pretty routine.
