If your getting no pressure in fuel line first thing you need to do is check the fuses for your fuel pump b/c thats going to be your cheapest and easiest fix. So hope that is your problem. However if that is not your problem, well then you got a problem. Just kidding, your not done for yet. Check to see if you have a fuel filter in the tank with your pump, That could be blocking flow into your line. Lets face it though the chances of that completely blocking your line are very slim. So more likely than not your going to have to replace the fuel pump. First thing you should do is find out if you have an access hole in your trunk that sits atop the fuel pump, f so your in luck and won't have to drop the tank to get pump out. If not, then make sure the tank is empty and drop it. change your pump and get going. unplug battery before beginning any work.

install new fuel pump then turn key on but do not crank the engine then listen for pump when it stops turn key off then repeat 5 or six time, this will prime the pump and get fuel up to injectors

Your fuel pump my still be pumping fuel But it my not be pumping with enough force to get it through the carb. I would try replacing the fuel pump.

The 1996 Chev Caprice starts but cut right off everytime we start it. I was told that it is a security problem. How do I fix this problem.

it maybe not security related, check the fuel pressure with the key on, then with the engine started, it should remain steady, if not it could be ignition switch related, a voltmeter and time are your best friends for this diagnosis

How do you get an air bubble out of a 1994 chevy

You would not. All air in a fuel line will come out when the fuel pump is pressurized. I assume you have tried pumping the gas pedal? Also try depressing the pedal halfway down when you try to start it, if not press all the way down and try. You may have bad gas in the line or a blown fuse for the pump. It is very likely that the pump may be bad. But there should not be any issues with air in the line. You could possibly also have bad fuel injectors.

Transmission leak 94 caprice classic

If its in the line its self just cut the line in two and take some fuel line hose, the right diameter, slip it over the line with a couple of clamps and that should fix it. Theres not much pressure there and its a cheap fix.
