Is there electrical 2006 HHR Chevy recalls. crazy.

You can google year make and model recalls. Recalls often only effect a specific range of vehicles as determined by your vin. The best resource is a draler. They can input your vin and tell you what recalls need to be completed as well as what have been done and tell you if your vehicle is still covered for the recall or not. Many recalls have a time or mileage limit. There should be no charge by the draler to do this. If they try to charge you call another dealer.

WILL TURN OVER BUT WILL NOT START

There are 2 possibilities: the spark plugs are not firing or the fuel system is clogged.

There are 2 ignition switch recalls for your vehicle:

Check your vehicle for the recall service stickers or call BMW and have your VIN number ready when you call and have them run your vehicle service history.

They should be able to tell you if the recall had been performed on your car.

I have a 2002 Ford Escape are there any recall for that vehicle

The recalls you can actually collect on ,are all over the internet
and are govt recalls

The ones you may want, are known only by your dealer
& those slick people won't likely share that with you,but
you can ask them. Go there & get into the actual service bay
& only talk to the service manager,so you avoid the dog &
pony show

You can go to www.recalls.gov to check for recalls.
You can also ask your dealer if there are known problems with this, sometimes there is a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) but not a recall.

Yes there may be a recall open on this vehicle for the catalytic converter. The number is 04E12.
Go to this website and pick recalls from the left task bar and input your VIN and check to see if your vehicle is involved.
http://www.genuineservice.com/genuineservice/en/default?page=genuineService

There is also a technical service bulletin out for a rattle in the catalytic converters which maybe what you are describing and this would be covered under the 8yr/80000 miles federal emissions warranty.
