    HI VET

I WILL TRY YOUR SUGGESTION AND REPORT BACK. SO THERE IS NO MAIN AMP IN THE CENTER CONSOL?

ALSO WHEN THIS HAPPENS I TRIED FADING AND BALANCING EACH SPEAKER TO TRY AND ISSOLATE WHICH SPEAKER MIGHT BE BAD . I FOUND OUT THAT ALL SPEAKERS WERE ACTING UP.

    THANKS WAYNE ;WILL REPLY

What I would do is check to see if there is water getting in. I would say that the amp is ok. The bose systems have an individual amp built in every speaker. You have water getting in one of your connections. I would get someone to help you and go out and turn the radio on and sit in the truck. Then have someone else start spraying around the doors of the truck, underneath the truck until the fuzzy sounds starts to locate where water is getting in.

Yes, it would. When you isolate a speaker, the speaker still gets power. If there is water shorting the speaker wire it will still travel back to the head unit and cause the static.

Try these hacks. If they don't work, a dealership has all the codes, and there is a website that sell radio codes based on serial number.

You may lose the Bose amp too. That would be no sound from the speakers too. I don't think they will exchange.

How to reset my 4wd light? I just installed my new 4wd buttons on my 2005 gmc sierra z71, and my 4wd light still comes on what should I do?

There is no such thing as a reset, if the light stays on a fault exists in the 4X4 control system, the control module has sensed that and turned the light on to alert you to the problem. It is likely that the power transfer case actuator motor is the problem or the wiring to it.

When braking on hard surface, just before dead stop, the last few feet, the ABS brakes takes over and the veh caries on a few more feet, finishing with a slow stop. The 4 wheels braking system were bled...

There was a TSB on this issue with your Sierra, a faulty or dirty ABS sensor is the cause of this problem. The fix is simple, just clean the ABS sensor at the front hub with brake parts cleaner and inspect the wire leads. At worst you may have to replace the sensor it self. Good luck
