each tests are simple and the tools dirt cheap .

Sounds like you may have a bad ground... those pesky grounds can cause all sorts of weird problems with your electrical systems... search the engine compartment for lose wires, especially big black ones mounted to the frame or the engine block.

Change fuel filter to start with. It sounds like it could be partly clogged. If no change, change plugs and wires. I'm not sure what you mean by the "rumble strip" thing, unless it's shaking as a result of one cylinder not firing, and causing a shaking feeling. A dead plug or wire would also cause loss of power and stalling. Let me know what you find.

Most modern cars with fuel injection, have to maintain a certain range of fuel pressure. There is a schrader valve in the fuel line. At this point fuel pressure can be checked. Pressure is always present. This can be dangerous, even at low pressure. Hope this helps lbreen

check airflo sensor or potentometer,throttle pos sensor; if revs are to low when turning the wheel the power steering pump will draw power from engine, causing your other problems

You may have a defective idle speed control valve. Clean it first.

Here is the most common cause of surges and stalls, it is the idle speed control air-bypass valve and throttle valve, they get full of gunk over the miles and cause idle issues (stalls) like yours, Get a can of intake cleaner from any local parts store, not carb spray, intake cleaner, it is made by a company called CRC, remove the air intake hose to the engine, hold the idle high so the engine won't stall, then spray the can of cleaner into the intake while keeping the engine running, use at least 1/2 the can, shut down the engine and disconnect the battery for 5 minutes, then restart and complete a number of mixed driving cycles, town, freeway, stop and go etc., after a few days the problem will go away as the system will relearn to the clean intake.

i know your problem, i had the same problem, change the plugs and the wires, my car did the same thing to yours made my car run awesome after i changed the parts
