Do you think a 2006 Chevrolet Uplander Minivan would easily accomodate 4 adults and 3 small children?

The 4 adults will be quite comfortable, however you need to realize that the rear (3rd row seating) is a 50/50 split seat design and therefore the child sitting in the middle MIGHT become uncomfortable on long rides.
