My speedo is buried at 120. There is a cable coming out of the fire wall that is not plugged in. It has a spade type end on it. I believe this is for the speedo but don't know where it plugs in. It may have contacted metal and shorted too. Not sure. This is on a 2000 Chevy Silverado with a 5.3 litre.
