We put a different sterio in the car and now it will not start all we can do is crank it but it does have an alarm on it could that be the problem ?

We changed the sterio out and now the car will not start all it will do is crank but will not start it does have an allarm on it

On the outside it just kind of looks like a car -- nothing all that unusual. It's inside that this car is really special. The interior is absolutely beautiful, all Connolly leather, Wilton carpeting and real wood trim. These are all the same materials used by Rolls Royce. All the lines in the interior are crisp and tasteful, a beautiful blend of modern and classic. And the 8-speaker sound system is the best in any car I've ever owned (and I've owned many). You can tell that this car cost a lot to build. Since the engine, transmission, body frame, and most of the drivetrain components are identical to the Acura Legend, many parts are easy to find, and you can take it to a knowledgeable Honda/Acura mechanic in many cases.

1991 Sterling 827 SL engine turns over, won't start, no spark. Any ideas?

Dear Sir:
1) You mus do ignition system to the specification manufacturer!
2) Recalibrate GAP Spark Plug for specification manufacturer.
3) See the diagrams attached, and proceed according with logic.

Hi, My friend's rover 825 sterling has suddenly got a imoberlizer problem or should i say thats what we think, he parked his car in his garage overnight after driving it the nite b4 with no problems wot so...

Something you can try, I don't know if it works for your type of vehicle, turn the ignition on, but try to start it, let it set for ten minutes, turn the ignition off, then try to restart it. you may have to do this procedure three times. on for ten off, on for ten off, on for ten off, do not take the key out of the ignition during this procedure. your security has to relearn the key

Replacing discs & pads on renault traffic van

no straight foward job remove front wheel and there is two bolts/allen keys (forget which) just undo one of them and the cali[er will move back then u need to pust the piston bake there is a proper tool but i have used a pair of mole grips before. regards

Rover 800 handbrake

The rear calipers work as the handbrake as well. The solution is (with the engine running and in park/neutral) pump the brake pedal at the same time as pulling up and releasing the handbrake lever.You may have to do this quite a few times until the caliper resets its self. You will notice the handbrake lever getting firmer as the calipers reset and adjust.

Setting the timing on 1988 mazda B2200

All I can find at this time is 6 degrees BTDC @ 825 RPM in neutral, with park brake on obvioulsy.
