The problem is one of your abs sensors on the wheel is not working and you have to test it with a volt meter measuring ohms and replace messed up one

Hello My 1996 discoverys steering is very very stiff especially when turning right. This problem dissappears soon after the vehicle starts to move. The problem started two days ago. steering fluid level...

hi.
if the fluid level is ok, then there is probably not a leak in the system.
check the tyre pressures are correct as underinflated tyres can make the steering heavy, as well as increasing tyre wear.
if the tyre pressures and fluid levels are ok then check the belt driving the power steering pump is ok.
other problems include a bad power steering pump. a faulty rack, or siezed joints on the struts.

check the brake fluid level,if it gets low that will set the light on.also the rear abs sensors used to go bad.check the wiring to the rear sensor(located on the top center of the rear axle.

VSC and TRAC OFF problem

First of all,did you replace any tire in your car? if so,make sure they all are the same, otherwise those lights will light up,make sure all the abs, sensors are clean, some times they pick up dirt, and that's enough to turn those lights it may be also a wiring problem did they check that? let me know...good luck

Hi, I had the same problem. it is the imoboliser, it reads a code in your key while starting. you need to get the code in the key reprogramed. if that wont work you will need to get a new ignition barrel. Audi dealer will reprogram your key.

Abs/brake light

check your brakes reservoir fluid level, if this is up to level then there is a problem with the hydraulic system one part has failed could be the pressure differential valve devective yet this is your brakes system have it check out by a certified tech. Hope this help.
