I want to change my steering wheel from the left side to rigth of car to drive from the rigth

If they made a right hand drive model you would need to get the front clip, steering, harnesses, dash and interior for it. Then have a body shop remove the front of your van and install the front from the right hand drive. Literally everything from the steering wheel forward would have to be removed in order to make it work. You would be looking a tens of thousands of dollars to make this happen.

Clik, clik on the rigth side when making turn need to know what to avoid, and possible short cut to replace c/v joints [axle] on both side of 1995 saturn sl2 [automatic].thank you much.

There really is no short cut....you need to replace the half-axle on the right side (will get both inner and outer CV joints). Is driveable with noise, but may eventually fall apart.
