Marc, Sounds like you need some new weather strip and an adjustment. Try rockauto for the seals.

There is water leaking inside above my passenger side door when it rains pretty hard?

is the water leak allowing the water to wick up into the headliner or is the headliner getting wet without water coming past the weather stripping around the door?

If it is wicking then fix the weather stripping.
If the water is getting headliner wet with out passing the weather stripping then you have a leaking sun roof.

You can the door seal by sitting in the car while you have some spray water (garden hose) gentle at the frontal and upper door seal.
If not leak there inspect seal of sun roof and real seal with correct type of sealant.

My sunroof is leaking. Originally only leaked in very severe -heavy downpour, now leaks almost every time it rains. Water is leaking down driver side pillar inside vehicle. Looking for a diagram of drain...

weather stripping around glass, have to keep it soft with Vaseline or protectorate for rubber to keep seal, u may have to replace if its weathered, always a problem on sunroofs t tops etc..

I have water getting inside when it rains on the back floor its a 2002 pontiac bonneville is ther any way to fix it when i go to car wash it leaks in

I'm assuming the vehicle has a sunroof, if so you'll need to be sure there are no obstructions like leaves or small sticks keeping the sunroof from completely closing. If the sunroof is closing properly it may be time to replace the weather stripping seal around the sunroof to get the leak stopped. Please rate this answer, thanks.

How do I fix a leaking sunroof?

I beleive the issue may be more the drains from around the sunroof. The factory sunroof typically have some small drain or weep holes to allow rain water to drain away (eaier to get rid of the water then hold it back) with the sunroof fully open look for these small drain holes and try running a fine wire thru them to clear any possible existing obstruction(s) If this is not the case I'd have to guess that the weather stripping has worn and weathered and would need replacement.
I hope this mau have assisted you,
Tom
