My wh statesman keeps blowing engine/bcm fuse. using bigger fuse allows it to start but blows again shortly after

Don't keep trying bigger fuses. It will only cause more problems, like burnt wiring that will need replacing, or starting a fire.
You either have an electrical component that is shorted and causing too much power draw, or you have some open wire that is shorting to ground by touching metal.
You or an electrician will need to look at a wiring diagram to see what all is on that circuit that is blowing the fuse. Then start taking one part of it loose at a time to try and isolate the problem. See any smoke or smell plastic burning when the fuse pops?

Electrical burnt smell

If you had a short in the starter motor windings and held the key, you'd get a click and a burning smell. That would be the insulation burning off the electrical windings. There's a 40-amp max fuse in this circuit.

Dodge radio problems

fuses blow because of excessive current flow from a dead short to earth. You haven't stated which fuse blows and what the items are covered by that fuse. so check the power wire from that fuse and trace it until you find a burnt area or a place where the power wire is touching the body before it gets to something it is running

I would start with which fuses you blew in the fuse box. That will give you an indication on which areas to look hard at. It sounds like you had an electrical fire and that now you have multiple fuse blown with other damage. DON'T REPLACE THE FUSES until you have found the problem that caused them to blow.

I'm thjinking your fusebox is under your dashboard as well. check the fuses one by one for faulty fuses or half burnt out fuses. if that's not it check the back of the fuse box. You'll have lots of wires and connectors coming out of it so you wanna be careful. see if you can find any wires that seem burnt or worn out. It may just be a stripped wire that's causing a short

Almost entire dashboard isn't working after a jumpstart

I would go into the fuse panel and just start pulling fuses and looking at them. Make sure they are not burnt looking. You should actually be able to see the wire inside. If it looks like its burnt in 2, then replace it.
