Further parts needed.
Fuel pump
Motronic fuel injection ECU.
Intake ducting and airbox etc.
VR6 engine mods add more than 100 lbs up front. You'll need front end suspension off an A2 VR6 in which case you end up ditching your 4-bolt hubs anyway. Keeping suspension standard will have you feel like you're wallowing around in a rowboat. Easier to just get the whole Golf/Jetta 2 (A2) VR6 front suspension and bolt it on.
Original suspension can be kept but change the coil springs and shocks at least.
Engine mounts will have to be modified.
Hydraulic clutch.

Is there a timing belt and performance difference on the 1.6L 16V engine type ? i was told that there's something to do with E/I position? sidekick/vitara 1994 lwb 4 doors if it matters.

no, the E and marks are for 2 engines.
E mark for G16B (16valve MPI engine)
I and E marke are for the twin cam engine, (see link for deeper facts)
see?
if you use the wrong marks, the engine will not run
and compression falls by 1/2 from 180 psi to 90 or less.

the G16A is different 8v head, yours is the 95HP, 16valve head.

covers all ways to do it right and wrong.

Seized gear box.

check the selector levers for wear and possible jamming or if you have the lever directly into the top of the box then check the lever pivot pin in the turret of the gear box.

I have fitted a 1994 7.3 litre efi engine into a 1990 f150 and was wondering if i have 2 use the complete wiring loom out of the f350 where the engine came from or is there anyway of grafting the engine...

if you contact a ford dealer parts dept, they will give you a printout of the wiring diagrams and color code specs for each vehicle,, the loom on the 350 will have a slight variance of color codes and wires for pretty much the same setups depending on year and model,, Normally I would say yes, But when it comes to harnesses and what all the specified models have as far as accessories comes into play, I would consult the 2 wiring diagrams for subtle changes

I have civic with 1.3 16v engine.what is the best gear box oil,and how much liters do i need

There is no best gear box oil, only the correct gear oil.
Buy it from Honda and the parts guy will tell how much
you will need. I assume you have a manual transmission
so fill it till it's level with the fill hole. This is just a guess,
about 2 liters.

How to wire in vw abf engine 2.0L 16v in to fuse box.

You'll need to use the wiring from the 2.0L motor. Your best bet is to get Bentley manuals for the car the motor came from and for yours. They have very very detailed wiring diagrams, to do the swap.

You need to take it back to the shop you have a fuel problem and the engine light is telling you lean fuel condtion and the fuel pump is not working or the fuel injector. Ask them if they tested fuel pump pressure I worked on one of that vintage and I found that the wireing hadsome problems in the engine compartment. But have the code pulled if I knew the codes I could help you, and the 1990 will be hard to find a mechanic that knows how to troubleshoot your car, and you want to find a older mechanic to work on it. 19 years is a long time for cars now days. If I am remembering correctly you pull the codes by jumping two wires and the engine flashs the codes,

My vr6 wont start after changing the engine

There are a fair few things it could be after such a major job......but it sounds like the immobilizer is being activated as the engine control unit you have fitted wont be adapted to the original immobilizer control unit.i am pretty sure on a car of your age it is just a case of erasing the learnt values of the engine control unit .a diagnostic machine will be required.I would recomend a main dealer but you can probally find someone with VAGCOM who can sort it.Cheers
