Have you checked for a broken valve spring. Repaired a dodge engine with the same running issue as you have described and it was a broken intake valve spring.

2005 gmc envoy runing rough po302 i replace plugs and "2 coil now po300 runs rough

have you replaced the fuel filter. also check the battery new cars use a lot of power and that could cause a random misfire code. if those are all good then check for a vacumm leak. you can do that with carb cleaner by running the vehicle and spraying around the intake manifold or vacumm lines and listen for a change in the motor

2005 3.8 dodge grand caravan engine rough idle and mainly while running on road under a load or up a hill. Had engine light checked out gave a P0301 -#1 cylinder misfire replaced plugs and wires and still...

did you check the coil it may be bad. for # 1 cylinder. if you can, just replace them all. then you will know everything is ok! but change #1 coil first to find out. try putting some injector cleaner in the tank, or swapping the injector from the #1 cylinder to the #2 and see if the code follows it and let us know.
