Multiple misfire of cylinders (p0300) indicates a systemic timing fault. A key component central to the engine timing is the crank sensor. It can be tested but it needs and oscilloscope perhaps easiest and cheaper to change it for a new one (approx $30 and 20 minutes). Before doing that it would be prudent to do a general check over. Start with the spark plugs, remove them one at a time (to avoid mixing the firing order up) noting the gap, overall condition and colour. Now check the leads and plug connectors, there should be no signs of shorting through the insulation and the wiring should be clean. Now check the low tension supply to the coils, make sure that the wiring loks good and that the connections are clean and bright. Always disconnect and reconnect socket/plugs a few times as this can help freshen the contacts. Now check the starter fuse and starter relay. If you wish to, remove the cover on the starter relay and check the circuitry for condition and note the state of the solder joints. If you see a dry joint just resolder it. One other area, not electrical, worth checking is the overall state of the EGR assembly, especially the port supplying exhaust gas to it. Even partially blocked this can lean out the fuel mix to make ignition so hot as to misfire.
Once you have checked over the things you can see it is time to think about changing the crank sensor.

Codes PO300-PO305 TCS and emission lights on, runs OK except sl rough at lower speeds

you have multiple misfire po300 and cylinder 5 po305 misfire.the misfire is causing the rough running. The computer has disabled your traction control. You either have carbon in the EGR which simulates a vacuum leak, bad spark plugs,a leaking intake manifold,or low fuel pressure from a bad pump or clogged filter.
i would start with the spark plugs and fuel filter

Jeep liberty code po300

po300 is Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected. This means the PCM sees misfires on more than one cylinder,so it's probably a fuel issue. You might have a bad fuel pump(bearings are binding, causing low fuel volume). It could be the in-tank filter is plugged up,or maybe the in-line filter.Start with the easiest-the in-line filter.

2002 Envoy sle 4.2 L straight 6. Random misfire(PO300). After erasing codes for several days, I finally took my car on the highway and ran it at high speed(70+) for about 4 to 5 miles. Check engine light came on as before but this time it gave me(PO305). Random misfire cylinder 5. So I switched coil 5 with coil 2. Went back out on the highway and repeated as before. This time it gave me(PO302). This was telling me I had a bad coil. Replacing one coil pack solved the problem. The professionals told me low fuel pressure would not give me random misfire, but rather a O2 code because the engine is running lean. Thank you------------------------------------ thank you very much.

what type/size of engine? what year model truck? several things to check for a random misfire. also , how many miles on the truck? coils are a possibility but they usually set specific cylinder misfires if it is equipped with coil on plug ignition system. a vacuum leak or low fuel pressure can cause a random misfire. also broken valve spring can cause the misfire because it effects the engine vacuum.

First try rotating the tires to the rear. Does it go away? If you apply the brakes does it pull to the left? Could be a draging caliper or the slides may be hanging up.
