This will sound silly but use a piece of hose a few feet long as a probe and hold one end to your ear. If you do this it will lead you right to the leaking part!!!

You might just have an air or a vacuum leak causing this code. This is
pretty common. Be sure to check for vacuum leak such as hoses/lines
leaking vacuum, intake manifold gaskets as well as the pcv hose behind
the throttle body. I would check the PCV line from the passenger valve cover to the rear
of the intake manifold. That line will collapse over time due to oil and
age. It will create a vacuum leak. With the engine at idle, move the
vacuum and PCV line and see if the idle changes and listen for a vacuum
swushing sound. Both 02 sensors will not cause both of these codes.
do you have a small propane torch? or a can or throttle body cleaner or anything similar? Spray the propane(Just the gas, do nit light it) or throttle body clean, slowly around the engine and if there is a vacuum leak the rpm will rise when the propane fumes or throttle body spray gets sucked in and you know it will be in that area. Anywhere from the front of the motor to the sides to all the way behind, it might not be a vacuum hose, could be an intake manifold leak. Smelling fuel when shutting off can be a different problem all together.
That is a vacuum leak. Chevy uses engine vacuum to move HVAC doors and turn valves off / on. You will have to get your HVAC control panel out to see which hose goes where. Yes this can cause an engine ECU to code.
It sounds like you may have a vacuum leak. The brake booster stores enough vacuum to give you pedal assist when stopping. The supply is not unlimited. Sometimes there is a cannister to increase the reserve and the cannisters look like a coffee cans and rust through. Or the brake booster (big round thing) behind the master cylinder can leak. There is also a valve on the supply line which can leak.
To test these areas technicians use a gas like propane while the engine is running and use a hose to route the gas around the seams of the brake booster, supply valve, and backup cannister I mentioned.
When the gas is drawn into the engine, the rpm will increase and you will know there is a leak. The propane will not hurt the engine and some states check emmisions with propane as well.
You may want to do a vacuum test of the engine to see if it is putting out enough to give you good braking.
