take the screws out, pop off the panel, disconnect the wire connectors, make sure you dont lose the screws.
to put the panel back on: reconnect the wire connectors, put panel back on track, pop panel on (hit the corners), put the screws in and tighten them.

SOURCE: remove door panel
Remove the screws and lift up. There aren't any screws behind the window switch, it is screwed on from behind. There is a hidden screw behind the lock slider.

unscrew the inside handle and pop of the window arm....then slowly work your way around the panel poping loose the plastic rivits on the inside edge...lift panel upwards to unhang it from window lip...thats the plastic panel...the metal panel inside that is pretty self explanitory..unscrew and take off the clips holding the controle arms to it and remove...do use caution as parts are very sharp and will slice your fingers and hands.

All GM's cars and trucks are relatively the same. U just need a few tools to remove the panels without damage. one is a tool called a button popper.
1. there will be a screw inside where the door handle is. u need to remove this .
2 starting from the top left go around the outside the panel to see if there and screws holding the panel on.
3. starting with the bottom left insert the tool and lift up on the panel. u should here a pop when u lifted it enough. next goto to the bottom right. and do the same thing.
4. grab both bottom pats and gently outwards.. if its not popping as u are pulling the panel dont force it to do it. check to make sure there are no other screws hidden anywhere. (inside little plastic covers. the center area) repeat the procedure
5. when the panel is loose, pull out slightly and push upwards. this will separate the panel from the door and glass.
u can then see where the electrical connections are and complete the part u are doing.

Disconnect your negative battery cable. Locate and remove
the screws that hold your interior door handles in place (they may be hidden by
snap in, or snap on clips). Remove the interior door handles, then disconnect
the wire clips to the switches. Your panel is held in place by snap in clips;
use a small pry bar to pull them from the door (try to get as close to, or
directly under the clips to prevent them from tearing out of the door panel).
Once the clips are pulled, pull the panel upward to remove it from the door.
Install in reverse.
If you don't have power windows you will have to remove the manual window crank. It is held in place by a clip on the back side of the base. To remove the clip, you will need a small hook (kind of like a knitting needle). Put the hook in behind the base, and grab the clip and pull it off. To replace it, slide the clip back on the window crank, and snap it back on the door.
