Did you check all your fuses? Under dash and hood. After you do that check to see if you have power coming and going to the fuel pump fuses/relays. If you have power at all circuits then you have go back to the pump and test that wiring.

It could be the relay or maybe a blown fuel pump fuse. Check the wire harness for broken wires.

Changed fuel pump in gas tank 1997 buick lesabre now gas guage is messed up

Bad sending unit on the aftermarket pump, (take it back and put in a new one, have had that happen) or could be a bad wire connection, thourougly check your wiring first. (Most aftermarket pumps require you splice in a new electrical connector, check them out good first)

1997 buick lesabre new fuel pump changed fuse new battery. When try to crank car wont start and windows not working

There is a ground junction under the carpet just inside the driver's door. Pull the trim panel at the bottom of the door jam and pull the carpet back. There is a black plastic connector with several black wires going into it and bolted to the body. This connector get corroded over time and many circuits lose ground. Simply take that connector apart and clean it, or cut the wires off individually and install new ring terminals and install back on the body.

95 Buick LeSabre 3.8 L which is the fuel pump relay?

You can usually go by the wire colors. The fuel pump relay wires are pink, gray, black, and green with a white stripe. When troubleshooting a fuel pump that is not coming on, the relay is the best place to figure out why. You can pull the relay out and put a jumper wire from the battery to the terminal with the gray wire. If the pump runs, you know that isn't the problem. Then turn the key on and use a jumper between the terminals with the pink and gray wires. If this turns the pump on, you know the ignition switch is sending power to the relay, and the fuse is good. Pull that jumper out, but leave the key on. Push the relay back into the socket, but put a jumper from a ground point to the terminal with the black wire. If that turns the pump on, the ground wire is bad. If not, the PCM is not turning the relay on. Reasons for that may be a bad wire from the PCM, a passlock issue, or the PCM fuse/power wire.
